Board meeting for Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 9:30pm.

5 board members were present.

The board discussed the recent selection of two new members of the Civil Service Commission by city council, and how this may effect the membership. The board will monitor the civil service meetings as usual and see how things progress.

The board discussed issues related to Fair Share.

By a unanimous vote, the board elected to donate two scale model police cars and a statue to the Aurora Chamber of Commerce for an upcoming silent auction.

The board discussed the upcoming negotiation and formation of a negotiation committee. Those interested in becoming a member of the negotiation committee should contact any board member. We hope to have this committee in place to meet at the next board meeting on February 28, 2008.
