	: Enter the hours of vacation shown on your last paycheck stub
	: Enter the last day covered by your last paycheck in the format mm/dd/yyyy
	: Enter the hours of vacation you have scheduled to take between the your last pay period and year-end
	: Enter number of paid holidays between the end of your last paycheck stub and the end of this year (Not Applicable for officers on Administrative Schedule)

Calculation results - "0" indicates your anniversary was before end of last pay period
Calculations are based on years of service before your anniversary date and years of service after your anniversary date. There are days from end of last pay period to your anniversary date and days from anniversary date to year-end. You earn hours of vacation per day before your anniversary date and hours of vacation per day after your anniversary date. You will earn hours of vacation from end of last pay period to your anniversary date and hours of vacation from anniversary date to year-end. You will have a total of hours of vacation on December 31st, including holiday pay if you are on patrol schedule and your current vacation hours, less any vacation you take from now until year-end.
